The face-only portion of the 12509W/R12509W floor registers is used to create these light-duty grilles.  

These devices are designed for rough openings of 4” x 8”. The 10F2509W is available in bulk packaging only. The R10F2509W is individually shrink-wrapped and labeled and includes mounting screws.
