The face-only portion of the 12509/R12509 floor registers is used to create these light-duty grilles.  

These devices are designed for rough openings of 4” x 8”. The 10F2509 is available in bulk packaging only. The R10F2509 is individually shrink-wrapped and labeled and includes mounting screws.
